Really great service and so much patience with us. We spent hours with them. Picking out flooring, tile, bath and shower tile for multiple baths. They were a joy to work with. We have just begun our journey with them. Will keep updating as we move forward with our projects.

Great,huge selection! Meredith (thankfully)helped navigate (our vast differences in design concepts.) She was masterful. She listened carefully to both of us and brought out various samples, helping us narrow our choices. Her professional design skills and friendliness made us big fans!!!

The store is a homeowners dream. They have a wide variety of hardwood, laminates, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), tiles, backslash, and carpet. It was a very nice shopping experience. However, when we received our quote they quoted $7,500 more than a store in Maryville for the same exact products and carpet padding. The prices are way too high and not competitive. We went with a store in Maryville with confidence. Overall 7/10
