“We had an outstanding experience with Bean Heating & Cooling! Jim and his technician were both professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose our HVAC issue instead of trying to sell us unnecessary repairs.
They found that the evaporator coil had come loose from the furnace, reinstalled it properly, made a new plenum adapter, modified the combustion air piping, reconnected the venting, and got our heating and air conditioning system working the way it should. They explained everything clearly and made sure the repair was done correctly.
It’s refreshing to find an honest HVAC company that takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. If you’re looking for HVAC repair, air conditioning repair, furnace repair, heating and cooling service, or AC repair in Kingsport, TN, I highly recommend Bean Heating & Cooling.
Jim and his technician make a great team, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and outstanding service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be calling Bean Heating & Cooling for all of our future HVAC needs!”
