Lafayette Heat & Air Conditioning was recommended for my business and home by trusted property managers familiar with its business. I have not been disappointed. The staff is friendly, courteous and prompt in arranging appointments. Brock Hall, Lead Technician, personally oversaw the installation of a new heat pump in my home and has provided the maintenance on my home and business property over the past year. Brock is very experienced, conscientious and congenial, and I have come to rely on Lafayette as a result of his excellent customer service. Patrick Sloan, Johnson City, TN
