I was very happy with the service that Brock provided. He took the time to explain in simple terms what had happened. His advice on air filters has changed how I will manage this maintenance task in the future. He also treated my young child with kindness and respect- just a nice detail to mention about a super guy.

I had Lafayette Heat & Air come to my house today to do a recall on a unit I purchased from another company. I was contacted by their front office before had to schedule the appointment, and they awesome to work with.The technician was on time and contacted me, and let me know he was 10 minutes out and that's never heard of these days.The technician was very knowledgeable, and had the repair completed in less than 20 minutes.I can't believe there are still companies like this still around. I will always use Lafayette for anything I have in the future..

Top notch service. The whole team Kyle, Tim and Jesse were easy to work with. I did not have an air flow in my office and they were able to send a technician out the same day and had it fixed.
