I had a very great experience.
This being my first home I was very unsure of what caused my ac to stop working. It was in the high 90's outside as well as inside. Thankfully they were able to work with my schedule and came out as soon as they could! Melissa was awesome! Very sweet, very knowledgeable, and got everything fixed for me in no time. 24 hours later and we are nice and chilly and I have them to thank! Melissa took the time to not only find the problem but to educate me on it as it was something I could prevent and assess in the future so I also learned something in this process.
Issue with both units stopping within days of each other. They were able to get someone out the next morning. Graham showed up and quickly identified the issues, fixed them and gave me advice on how to better maintain my units long term. Very grateful for their fast turn and around and dedicated staff.
Our heat pump went out Thursday evening when it was 90 degrees outside. We called after hours and they had a technician out to the house within the hour. The problem was discovered and the part replaced that same evening. So thankful for the quick service. I would definitely recommend giving Kingsport Heating & Air your first consideration .
