“Gave this company a call because my house was all hot and gross. Miss Peg told me they were all booked for the day, I called at like 4 in the afternoon. But she did try to give me some troubleshooting tips over the phone. I called back and scheduled an appointment for the following day. A technician named Wayne came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable and educated me on my air conditioning system as he worked. Thanks elite. It was something that he could fix quickly that didn't cost an arm and a leg. He was not able to take a card in person so I had to call the office back Monday morning and pay over the phone. Everybody I dealt with was polite and respectful and it was nice to have a local company come do the work. They've definitely got a customer for life! 🤙🏻“
