Kat did my pedicure, and she was amazing—very attentive and made the experience so relaxing. They also offer a variety of unique services you do not see everywhere. I will definitely be back!

Such a wonderful place. I have fibromyalgia and am currently having a flare up. I walked in this morning and they got me right back with no wait. I had a 90 minute amazingassage. I feel soooo much better.

Mr Lim did a fantastic job on two pairs of boots of mine. Cowboy boots completely re-soled and heels and a pair of Frye motorcyle boots soles and heels. I asked or a non-slip material on the bottom and they turned out great! Boots like new. He completed the work on time as promised and his price was fair for all the work he did. Highly recommend!
Can't say enough good things about Grasshopper. Their crew is amazing and unlike my previous company its almost always the same team who takes care of us year round. They treat us like family and we do the same in turn. They go above and beyond each and every time.
Amazing and Super Clean! Saundra is the very best at making you feel welcomed and so comfortable! She is also very knowledgeable, answering all of your questions, and then goes over all of the details before your session so you are well informed. We were both brand new to this, we had no idea what to expect for the first time couple floating, and our experience was truly a wonderful and lovely one. The float room and float tank are also super peaceful and cozy. Honestly, it was just perfect for the two of us! My husband and I highly recommend floating at Relax and Restore Float Spa. If your are thinking about it, then book it, you will definitely be happy that you did. Afterwards we both felt very refreshed, really enjoyed floating here, and have already booked our 2nd appointment. Thank you again Saundra for your exceptional service and we'll see you soon!
A huge shout out to Christy for helping make a bad situation right. Sunshine flowers delivered a funeral arrangement that never made it to the family. While Sunshine flowers did their part the ball was dropped elsewhere. Despite this she sent a second arrangement to make it right. Thank you for your kindness!!!!

I actually visited this nail salon for the first time after getting turned away by another and I was so happy by the end of my visit with Emily and Judy. The level of kindness and attentiveness from these two ladies was by far the best treatment I’ve ever received from any nail technician. Mirage is definitely special, and my nails looked great!

Oh my goodness!!!! Best experience ever! I have searched long and hard for a place that can execute my vision with the correct color pink and white I want. I stumbled across Vina Nails on accident right before my trip and as soon as I walked in the energy felt great and Louis was so kind so I felt like this is where I was supposed to spend my money and I did not regret it in the slightest. I got my toes done first by another gentleman, then Louis did my nails and tried to match my nails to my toes the best he could. I am so pleased with their patience, kindness, and hard work. I don’t think I’d ever spend my money at another salon. 10 out of 10.

I love this place! I had a manicure and pedicure yesterday by Patty. I'm just now looking at my nails and appreciating the great work that she did. I've been going here for years, but moved to the other side of town. I'm planning on moving back to the east side of Nashville and decided to make the 25 mile trip to Bayon nails even though I'm still living on the west side. My experience with Shala with Perfectly Inked-Brow was fantastic! She's not only incredibly talented but also incredibly patient, taking all the time needed to make sure my eyebrows were absolutely perfect. I really appreciated how she explained everything clearly, both before and after the service. She was also responsive to any questions I had via text in a reasonable time frame. I'm extremely impressed and happy with my results, and I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone needing their eyebrows done! I have been to a few other locations for waxing and I am happy that I was referred to Bare Beauty Waxing. Samantha has created a nice, welcoming atmosphere for waxing. Like most women, I am very self conscious but I have always felt very comfortable here. Samantha is helpful with recommending products and even carries a few products, all with great prices.
Great facial, got so relaxed I took a short nap. My skin felt wonderful. Got samples to help me decide what I liked better. If you have an opportunity you should book an appointment.
Jerica was absolutely amazing! She did my eyebrows and lips. I usually end up with bumps and redness, but she was so incredibly gentle. It's been three hours now, and seriously, nothing – no bumps, no redness at all. Definitely super happy with how it turned out! Will definitely recommend.

Called these guys for a blocked drain. They came out and had it cleared within an hour. Moses the technician did a great job and they charged me a totally reasonable price if not undervalued. There is no reason to ever call any other service if you live in the Hermitage area. I'll never trust anyone else again.

615 Plumbing was amazing! We had a leak coming from a second story bathroom through the 1st floor ceiling. We couldn't determine the source of the leak. We called 615 Plumbing around 11:30 am and were advised the technician would arrive by 4. He ended up arriving about 12:45. Max, the technician was able to quickly identify the source of the leak, which was within the wall. He removed a small piece of drywall and fixed the problem quickly. Max was professional, courteous, didn't make a mess, and fixed what I thought was going to be a huge issue, timely and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Max and 615 Plumbing. I couldn't recommend them more.
Victor and his team identified and fixed electrical issues in our 50 yr old home on their first pass that at least four electricians never found or fixed. Reliable, very fair in pricing and professional. Highly recommend them.

Tonya and her team are great! They are detail oriented - getting all the nitty gritty - and flexible! If you need to be in the home while they clean, they work around you well - giving you the space you need (if you're wfh) but still get everything that needs attention. Could not recommend them enough!!

I will say - just to see if it made a difference, I stopped using Mosquito Joe for a season year before last - NEVER AGAIN. I cannot recommend Dr. Ed enough. He has taken care of me through all three of my pregnancies and has continued to support me postpartum as well. Each pregnancy came with its own aches and challenges, and Dr. Ed was always so knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. After three epidurals, my body definitely needed extra support, and chiropractic care made such a difference in how I felt day to day. Dr. Ed helped relieve pain, improve my mobility, and feel more balanced as my body recovered. He truly listens, never rushes, and always makes sure I feel comfortable and cared for. I am so thankful for his care during such important seasons of my life.

I cannot recommend Dr. Liz enough, especially if you suffer from chronic pain. For years, I’ve struggled to find a place that actually listened, but here, I don’t feel like I’m just a number. The entire team truly cares for me not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. They have fostered a warm, compassionate environment that makes this place my safe space. I leave every session feeling better, both in my body and in my spirit. This isn't just healthcare; it’s healing.
I wish I could give less than one star. My father went here and what they did didn't help but he was still paying for it. He was killed in a car accident in March and even tho I called and told them the situation they are still forcing my mother to pay the same payment he was. She lives on a very limited income and just lost half of it when he died. I would want someone to be more compassionate about payment situations. We didn't expect them to write it off but I know they could have lowered the monthly payment.
***I am making an update on my review. I called back again and was able to talk with Kristin the office manager this time. She was very kind and compassionate. She was able to fix my issue without any problem or push back. I suggest if you are unhappy reaching out to her and I believe she would do everything in her power to help.
