Saundra was very welcoming and professional. She made my wife and me feel very comfortable and prepared for our first foat experience. I would highly recommend. I plan on having my parents experience a float session and Saundra will definitely be who I bring them to.
The space that Sandra provides heals your physical body as well as your spirit. The Relax and Restore Float Spa experience is like being invited to escape from the chaotic world and be anointed into a peaceful surrender. I am so grateful to have found this place when I was looking for a Christmas for my mom. I’ve been hooked on floating ever sense!!!
Relax and Restore Float Spa is a wonderful gem! I am so glad I decided to go here. Saundra is absolutely wonderful and maintains an extremely clean, safe, and welcoming environment. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and have specific needs when it comes to temperature, and she made sure we could figure out the best temp for me so I could have the best experience. Ended up falling asleep in my second float! 10/10 recommend!
