I had a great experience today at the Hermitage joint. Check in via the app was smooth. It was late in the day and I knew it would be backed up so as soon as I could check in i grabbed my spot.
The wellness coordinator greeted me and thanked me for using the app. She confirmed the wait time and I settled in for 15min. the doctor was taking time with each patient and everyone seems satisfied. As we passed closing time, I asked if they would still see me. Both the WC and doctor confirmed they would stay. I appreciated their customer service! I saw Dr Hatcher. Def recommend this location.
