I was honestly a little skeptical coming in because Sports Clips has always been hit or miss for me while traveling. This experience completely changed my mind.
Katie took great care of me! She was friendly, professional, and showed great attention to detail from start to finish. I’m pretty picky when it comes to getting a clean fade and having my beard lined up just right, and she absolutely nailed both.
One thing that really stood out was that she even asked if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed up before I had to mention it myself. It’s the little details like that that show she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.

Ally is my stylist at Sport Clips and I have been going to her for almost 6 years now. She does a great haircut and I love the MVP services. I usually get the triple MVP and it is always so good! There are a lot of barber shops in Hermitage but only one has Ally. I plan to go back again very soon. Great job, Ally!!!
