Got a call back from the GM almost immediately to set up an appointment, followed up with a call from the owner not too long after to make sure someone had returned my call and we were taken care of.
As for the roof repair, their guys did a great job. Started the work and got rained out half way through. Covered up any areas that were exposed and were back bright and early the next day to finish the job. Stayed true to the estimate as well.
