Very pleased at Five Point Roofing’s overall customer engagement and quality of work. Zillon was especially great. He was very communicative and made sure to look out for my interests as a customer. With all of the shoddy contracting experiences out there, Zillon and Five Points roofing are one of the good ones. Highly recommend.
Five Points Roofing & specifically, our point person Alex Hostetler, were absolutely amazing. Alex worked tirelessly with my stubborn insurance company to get the highest amount of compensation for our roof & gutter replacement possible. He guided us through every step of the insurance process. Even the crew that came out was precise, professional and fast, while doing quality work. The crew lead was Jorge Rodriguez, who was very communicative, always providing updates and advance notice on the crew timelines. He was exceptional. 5 stars from top to bottom for 5 Points Roofing. Darci followed up with my call very professionally and promptly - and had scheduled Matt for a new roof estimate the next day. Matt was extremely communicative and couldn’t have asked for a better job done, extra thanks to him. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them when it does come time to replace our roof. Thank you!
