Any calls or texts (and there were lots of them) were either answered immediately or returned very quickly- I felt like I was their only customer as this is how I was treated. Brandon stuck by me for what felt like eternity- battling the insurance company, fighting tooth and nail to do the RIGHT thing. Sarah treated me like family. “Dawson stopped by to offer a roof inspection and due to the fact we know a new roof will be in a not too distant future I had him take a look. He did a video to show some damaged areas but assured us it was basically from just age and not a concern yet. He offered to check back annually and/or more frequently if a weather event makes it a good idea for another inspection. He was very personable and answered all my questions at this time and we will definitely keep his contact info. I also like that he lives nearby and this branch of the company is also based locally in Nashville.“

He even got unforseen structural repairs covered. The crew was excellent and got it all done, including structural repairs, in the same day. Returned briefly next morning to finish chimney flashing. Cleaned up leaving site as they found it. Very pleased. I would recommend Jewell to anyone seeking roof work.“

“Clubhouse Roofing did a wonderful job from the beginning when we had Austin come out to inspect our roof after some shingles fell off of our roof 2 years ago. Austin was great and sealed the area. Two years later a bad storm came through and other shingles blew off and we had a leak. Dennis came and covered the three areas of the roof that the caused the leak and called the insurance company and filed a claim. We now have a new roof that was installed correctly. Sawyer oversaw the installation and was great.Have had a great experience with all Clubhouse Roofing personnel and would recommend them for your roofing requirements.“

Insurance Co. was only going to cover half the roof replacement. Mike & Bros met with the insurance Co three times at our home, and finally the insurance company agreed.
