" I want to say a few words of how pleased My wife and I are with our new roof! The installation itself only took one day and the installers were both careful in their labor and courteous when spoken to! They were in complete control of both their operating tools and our roofing products during the entire installation process! Impressive to say the least!Our rep, Mr. Glen Baucom arrived at our residence early that morning and remained there for much of the day offering to answer any additional new questions I might have during the installation process.After the roof was done and the roofers respectfully exited the job site, Mr. Baucom soon arrived to inspect both finished...read full review
Glenn did an excellent job on everything! He coordinates the roofers, gutters, and siding, handling everything with the insurance company. He made it very easy on me. Greatly appreciated!
Glenn Baucom performed a preliminary inspection for me this week and assisted me with the process of initiating an insurance claim. He explained the whole process thoroughly and also came for the insurance adjuster inspection to advocate on my behalf. He was great to work with!
