“After sustaining damage to our roof during an ice storm in January of 2026, we contacted several roofing companies to interview contractors for the job of repairing the damage. Franklin Hammond at Quality Exteriors stood out to us for the knowledge he possessed in regard to roofing but especially his expertise with working with homeowners Insurance and state laws that pertain to insurance coverage. Franklin was hands on and responsive throughout the entire process. He worked closely with me as to get the most out of our insurance benefits. He explained the process of filing and appeals. He took his time with us going over our repair and replacement options. We ultimately decided to replace our gutters, facia and soffit since Franklin assisted us to get approval for new decking, drip edge and shingles over our entire roof through our homeowners insurance policy. The office staff kept us informed and the crews were polite, professional, skilled and tidy. We are thrilled with the final look and were pleasantly surprised at the ease of the project. We will be using Franklin Hammond and Quality Exteriors with all of our future home renovation projects as well as sending the it friends and family their way!“

“This could not have been a better experience for us! If I had a second home, I'd have them working on it right now.

We had MCE replace our siding & soffit, wrap our fascia, replace & paint our porch posts, add a fan to our upstairs bathroom & install new gutters. They went above & beyond from the initial quote to the project finish.

When we told them what we wanted this project to accomplish, they really considerately suggested a siding material that made more sense for us & cost less when they could've just gone along w/ our plan & made more off of us. When we couldn't settle on colors, they drove an extra set of color samples over.

They told us it was a 4-day project & had everything done in 3. Every day, they arrived exactly when they said they would. Three times a day Ben our project manager kept us up to speed on what they were doing, what they'd got done & what they'd do tomorrow. Chad checked in multiple times to make sure we absolutely loved what they were doing. They kept a really tidy work site, too!
