Franklin was hands on and responsive throughout the entire process. He worked closely with me as to get the most out of our insurance benefits. He explained the process of filing and appeals. He took his time with us going over our repair and replacement options. We ultimately decided to replace our gutters, facia and soffit since Franklin assisted us to get approval for new decking, drip edge and shingles over our entire roof through our homeowners insurance policy.
