“Dawson stopped by to offer a roof inspection and due to the fact we know a new roof will be in a not too distant future I had him take a look. He did a video to show some damaged areas but assured us it was basically from just age and not a concern yet. He offered to check back annually and/or more frequently if a weather event makes it a good idea for another inspection. He was very personable and answered all my questions at this time and we will definitely keep his contact info. I also like that he lives nearby and this branch of the company is also based locally in Nashville.“

“Having done business with multiple other roofing companies, there is no comparison. Genesis is a shining star. Special shout out to Jon Stephens & Niko for helping us every step of the way. From getting the adjuster out quickly, walking the roof with them, maximizing coverage to include downspouts & gutters, they were there for us. True to their word my out of pocket was just my deductible and an upgrade we agreed to at the beginning. Any delays were caused not by Genesis but by our insurance company dragging their feet and changing claim Agents every 3 weeks. They even sat with me to decipher the unnecessarily complicated insurance communications when our agents were "unavailable" & unresponsive. Cannot recommend our Genesis team more highly and glad our warranty is through them for any future needs. Well done guys!!“
“Olivia, Josue and the entire team were excellent. Initial contact and communication was timely and thorough throughout the project. The team worked diligently from the start of the project to completion including during low temperatures and rainy weather. The team was on budget and on time and this was the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. A couple of additional notable examples of their work ethic and integrity is that when Josue found damage to a window that may have been inadvertently caused by a team member he pointed it out replaced the damaged and companion window to match at no additional cost. Another example is when the team constructed a new overhang and upon evaluation of the aesthetics by Josue, he had the team tear out and replace in a better design again at no additional cost or time. We really value our home’s new look and curb appeal and also the relationships we built with this great company. We will be working with them again on other home improvements in the future.“

“Music City Exteriors met and exceeded our expectations in every area! We had been working with another (National) roofing company that kept putting off the work until our insurance claim was nearly voided because of time limits. This other huge company eventually explained that they were unable to meet our needs because our roof was too complicated (asphalt and metal sections). We then had less than a month to get the roof replaced or we would lose our insurance payment. The salesman for this other company contacted Music City Exteriors and then gave me their contact information.So I called Music City Exteriors immediately. From the first phone call (with Chad) until the work was completed, I experienced absolute satisfaction from the workers, the supervisors and the staff! They worked with my insurance company, were transparent about costs and the specific materials, and about the crews that would be installing the asphalt, the standing seam metal sections, and the gutter replacement. All of the crews were efficient, polite, and kept the areas neat and clean. The supervisor was on site every day and throughout the work day except when he had to pick up materials to keep the work going. The work was completed and submitted to our insurance company in time! And the work cost significantly less ($10,500 less!) than the first company's estimates. We are 100% satisfied with the work and the price. I think it is telling that the larger roofing company called Music City Exteriors for help. It shows that this local company, with its local crews, could get the job done in a timely manner. I was not asked to submit a review (or even to place a yard sign) but I feel compelled to let interested people know that this is a quality operation run by quality people. “I called because I wanted my roof checked out. Chris showed up. He not only was very personable, but extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He said that my roof was still in great shape and that it didn’t need replacement. He noticed that a few shingles need to be tacked down so he did that and cleaned out my gutters. The charge was nominal which I greatly appreciated. I’m a Realtor and had heard good things about Barrett from a client who was remodeling his home after the 2010 flood.
