“Twelve Stone is fantastic! We have only been 1 time so far, but our first visit was great. I had some questions about my mom's infusion dose and before giving it they made sure to verify. This caused them to run behind, but getting my questions answered before starting was their top priority. The communication, professionalism, and attentiveness was top notch. I like the privacy of their infusion suites vs her previous infusion center. My mom was very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Not only did mom have a comfortable chair to relax in during her infusion, but I did as well. The snacks and personal tv was an added bonus. I would highly recommend!“

“I originally came here to set up a PCP appointment for my self since I was new to the Knoxville area but I have been back and forth here for allergy shot injections every week and it’s definitely the best care I’ve gotten from doctors and medical staff (I’m a frequent flyer). They are extremely empathetic and timely, and have been VERY compassionate towards their patients and you can tell they care a lot about their clients treatment.I highly recommend any of the staff there as I’ve interacted with the majority of them and they were all so caring and sweet. From the front desk workers, to the nurses, medical assistants, PAs and the doctors, they are a wonderful group of individuals. They were very informative and even were transparent about being out of their scope of practice for allergenic issues. Because of this I unfortunately got referred somewhere else for injections and will sadly miss their genuine kindness and willingness to work with me. “I have not had any problems with this Clinic. I didn't know the process of their eye clinic but had good service otherwise. Have MRI 's also at this clinic. Very friendly staff. Currently under this administration they are short staffed. Hope we get a Republican President that loves our country.“

“I had to have an ultrasound done at Summit Diagnostics. The waiting room was clean, nicely furnished, nothing fancy, welcoming, and, I almost forgot, it was decorated for the Christmas holidays! The receptionist immediately greeted me, and quickly and efficiently checked me in for my 1:00 appointment. After a 15 minute wait, or so, my name was called, and I went in for my ultrasound. The ultrasound technician was pleasant and got right to the procedure. She was all business, very little small talk, which was fine, since she has a lot to focus on, and the procedure was over sooner than expected. That's it. This location is farther than the Summit Diagnostic in my neighborhood, but I was able to get an appointment sooner at the Park West location. I'll gladly drive to this location if it means getting in sooner than my neighborhood Summit. And, oh, by the way, I saw one Bible in the waiting room, and I'm okay with that.“
