Another patient had a positive experience with FNP Teresa Hassard, who they found to be kind, informative, and helpful in providing resources for their health. The phlebotomist was also noted for their kindness and skill.
However, there is feedback that the tech department does not return calls regarding patient portal issues and that there could be improved communication with patients about possible delays and potentially increased staffing. Overall, Cherokee Health Systems is described as knowledgeable and professional.
I was really impressed by how I was treated at my first appointment. I was taken back on time and no wait once back there to see the dr. I left with a sense that I was at the right place to treat my issues at hand. We came up with a treatment plan that I like. I felt like these people actually care and want to help me. I was treated well here. I will follow-up with this review after I have had more visits.

The new Lenoir City facility is very nice and should really open up services as they open new departments.
It was my first visit but I felt extremely positive about the care I received. My Dr. seemed to understand the first appointment what my goals should be. I’m confident in his ability to get me to my end goal.
