Visited this clinic today and had a very kind and informative FNP Teresa Hassard. She assisted me giving me the resources I needed to take my next steps in controlling my health. I was very appreciative of her time and the phlebotomist was very kind and skilled as well. Thank you to all who helped in my care today.

Overall they are knowledgeable and professional, but there needs to be communication with patients on possible delays and possibly even more staffing. The tech department NEVER returns calls concerning patient portal issues.

Cherokee is affordable and professional. Just because they service the less fortunate people that should not deter you from knowing they are capable to handle your needs too. Thanks for being there for me Cherokee.
