I've seen most of the nurse practitioners and Dr Carrol at various times for both check ups and sick visits. They have always been kind and helpful to me. I feel my care has been handled well. All of the other staff has been kind to me too. I have quite a few health issues and they have always stayed on top of it and taken them seriously which I appreciate.

I originally came here to set up a PCP appointment for my self since I was new to the Knoxville area but I have been back and forth here for allergy shot injections every week and it’s definitely the best care I’ve gotten from doctors and medical staff (I’m a frequent flyer). They are extremely empathetic and timely, and have been VERY compassionate towards their patients and you can tell they care a lot about their clients treatment.I highly recommend any of the staff there as I’ve interacted with the majority of them and they were all so caring and sweet. Dr. Carroll and the entire team is great. They always fit me in when needed and provide excellent care. I feel like they actually listen and work to make sure you are comfortable with diagnosis or any after care they recommend.
