For the second time, my appointment card had 2:30 pm and I got to the appointment at 2:10. I was told my appointment was 3:30 pm so I had to wait til almost 3:30. I asked if they could work me in in order of my arrival. I was told they’ll work me in when they can! I’m not to happy about all the mis communication and the hour wait when my appointment card said 2:30.
Dr. Ring is an absolute treasure. She provides great follow up on diagnostic tests, great for anxious patients, and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to her caring for me for many years. Highly, highly recommend.
I am so pleased with Summit Medical Group, especially Dr. Showalter and his staff. Th y have you welcomed me as a new patient and actually take time and listen. I do not ever feel rushed during my appointments and am so grateful for that! They are the BEST!
