Mark, Kari, Marga, Carly and the rest of the team have been nothing but great to me and my family. They respond to emails quickly. The Doctor answers incoming calls if he is available and no one else is. It hurts less and less every time I give blood. :)

We did a quick google search for ear piercings for infants and found that Pillar Primary Care was just ten minutes away. I’m so glad we made an appointment. Everything was seamless. They had an appointment available when we need it. Everything was explained to us and the entire process was reviewed thoroughly. They made sure we were comfortable with the procedure. The entire thing only took about ten minutes. Everyone was so very helpful. We are so glad we made the decision to get our daughter’s ears pierced here.

I appreciate the fact that Dr. McColl listens to what I have to say. He is the BEST. His staff is GREAT. It is always a pleasure to go to the office. If I have a question, they are always responsive and helpful.
