On my most recent visit, I saw the nurse practitioner, Cassie instead. She was professional and thorough and explained things in depth. Donna works at the front desk and she’s always very sweet, warm, and welcoming
However, the nurse on duty was very unprofessional. I could hear her speaking poorly about me outside the exam room door and she told the NP that I didn’t even have an illness and that I’d been experiencing symptoms for weeks and along with other false statements. I never said that I was experiencing symptoms for weeks. The fact that she implied I was lying about not feeling well was hurtful and disrespectful and is not the type of treatment any patient should experience when in the care of a medical provider. This was disheartening and the only negative experience I’ve had with the staff at the Powell location.”
