Extremely pleased with the service I received from Jimmy. I have an older HVAC unit so I was nervous at what it would cost for the repair. But he fixed it and maintenanced it for a great price! Jacob at Comfort zone is just the best. In addition to being an expert at his job, he is very honest guy. I had an ongoing issue at my cabin and he fixed it and explained everything in detail. I have dealt with him in the past and he has been consistently a great person. I am really glad for Jacob and comfort zone.
We’ve used Comfort Zone in the past and have been nothing but completely satisfied with their courteousness, skill and professionalism. I had to call for emergency service on a Sunday late afternoon. Jacob took my call, gave me an eta and arrived promptly. Despite being an “emergency” service call, the rate was reasonable and Jacob was fantastic. He promptly diagnosed the problem, discussed options with me and fixed it. He gave me practical advice how to cool the warm house to avoid additional issues.
