we were without heat in the dead of winter, one call and Greggs Heating and Air had a technician out in a few hours, fast, friendly, and professional. The only ones Ill call from now on.
Could not be happier with the service I received from Gregg's heating and air. I called on Sunday night and spoke to someone who was super helpful on the phone. I explained that my home temp had been between 45 and 50 degrees for the last two days during the Jan cold snap. The person I talked to gave me a few tips to try to help us for the night. We didn't have any luck with that so she prioritized our need having someone out before 10am the next day. Brad M. arrived on time, was super knowledgeable, diagnosed our problem quickly (the unit was not installed correctly years ago and through bad wiring had given out) and fixed the issue at a price that I felt was extremely...read full review
I believe I have reviewed Greg before but I wanted to say he has done work for me over the years, it is always been good and he is always been very fair with me. I would recommend him to anyone
