“We were assigned this company by our home warranty. They arrived at our house between the appointment time (11-3) and called to let us know they would be there 30 minutes before arriving. The home warranty company originally was not going to cover the cost of the repair stating it was “normal wear and tear” for a unit over 10 years old. Miller HVAC called our warranty company and appealed the decision. While we were waiting for the warranty company to approve the repair, they began to work on the unit (we needed the AC fixed and were going to pay out of pocket if the warranty company didn’t cover the repair). By the time he fixed the unit, the warranty company luckily had approved the repairs!Great company to work with! I’m sure if they hadn’t gone the extra mile to call and appeal the warranty company we would have had to pay out of pocket!Service: HVAC repair”
