Key Heating & Cooling provides fast, reliable HVAC service. They fixed an AC problem within a couple of hours of the call and got heat back on quickly. The techs are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, going the extra mile to get parts. One customer had air running again by 10:20 am after calling at 9 am, at a very fair price. They diagnosed many issues with a 17-year-old unit, gave a reasonable quote, and installed a new unit two days later. They even answered on Father’s Day and replaced a broken part on Monday. The customer service and speed are unbelievable, and they explain everything and fix it promptly without breaking the bank. Highly recommended.
The AC on my rental unit stopped cooling. They were able to make it out and fix the problem within a couple of hours of me calling them! Very impressed! Highly recommend
