From Brenda reaching out to me and Josh coming over, this was an awesome expirence! They scheduled me for same day. Josh tested everything before I had to move my awning to see if it could be repaired without getting into the attic. He fixed the issue in the attic and explained everything to me. He gave me some pointers on how to run my unit more efficiently and what I was doing (or not doing) that could have caused the issue. Great customer service!
