I have experienced the highest level of customer HVAC services- not just my experience during this latest round of harsh weather, but for 10 plus years. Key qualities include-responsiveness, professionalism, communications, knowledge, and customer trustworthy. I have leveraged their annual Service Checkups (twice a year), warranty management as my heating systems were installed by Roger Denton HVAC when I built my house, ... I have no reservations in supporting Roger Denton HVAC as a Five Star operation.

Roger Denton Heating & Cooling is amazing! From the initial call with Lacy, to same day maintenance with skilled technicians, the Brookses are happy and cozy at 72 degrees today. I am not surprised at all that they have such a high rating! They are so responsive, fast, knowledgeable and KIND! Mark has come to our home twice and has been super patient as he educated us on how our HVAC works! In a sea of home building/repair/maintenance companies that are snubbing customers because of high demand, Roger Denton never takes us for granted or leaves us hanging. Thanks so much!!!
