“Just had one of there plumbers come out and replace my outside water spigot. They were fast and also answered my questions I had and concerns. I did forgot the name of the gentleman that came to help me. But I will definitely be calling them in the future their office stay is also very nice and friendly as well. Great company and cares about the work they do.“

“Jason is a really nice guy to deal with. I had them come out for an AC service. Later I discovered an issue with the service that was provided. They dealt with it very professionally and were very proactive. They came out that day and fixed everything to make sure the AC was running properly. They didn't charge me for the appointment where they had to come out and fix stuff.

“We had our home air exchanger inspected in November 2025 and we paid $417.32 to determine that the circuit board needed to be replaced but was no longer available. We then had a new one installed for $5538.90 in December 2025 where the technician pre-set it to SMART mode so we did not need to adjust it. We soon after experienced an error code E50 (typically signals a problem with the control wiring or the electronic control board, often due to a miswiring, broken wire, or poor connection, especially at the J15a connector) When i contacted them today to see if there would be another service fee for them to come out they indicated that there would be and perhaps more if additional repairs were needed as our 30 day warranty has expired.
To me that is unacceptable to pay $6007.22 and have no installation coverage as we are over the 30-days by likely a few days.

UPDATE....
I was able to have a great conversation with the Well Done team as they reviewed my file and they came back out to address the concern and discovered some miswiring at time of install. I want to state that I am fine with human error as it can happen to all of us. What impressed me the most and why I am moving it to a 5 star review now is the fact that they made met as a team and made internal changes as a result of my concern to help avoid future challenges. This shows me that they are a business that is truly listening and adjusting to become better, and that as a consumer in the end is what matters.“
