“We discovered our toilet was leaking and called immediately Friday morning. Dallas came out in the afternoon, despite an already very busy day for him, checked out the problem and got the materials needed. Rather than just stopping the leak and returning after the weekend to reinstall the toilet, he stayed late Friday evening to properly fix a previous contractor's problem that had led to the leak, so we had a fully functional master bathroom once again. He was very respectful of our property, keeping things neat during the repair, and cleaned up completely afterwards. We hope that he didn't have a sore back during the weekend as apparently we have the heaviest toilet on the market! We would definitely use TRUSTED again, but likely won't have to again as our toilet problem is completely fixed! But we are considering installing air conditioning next year... “I had a wonderful experience with these folks. I sent in a request using the online form on Monday evening, and by 6:45am the next morning I had an email asking if they could come Wednesday morning. This morning I received a courtesy call letting me know the plumber was about 10 mins away which was great.The plumber was very friendly and went right to work on the problem; I needed a shower drain looked at as it was leaking. The plumber identified the problem quickly and got the drain replaced and everything back in working order. I no longer have a leak!After the work was complete, he brought a shop vac back in and vacuumed up the work area both in the basement and the bathroom.One thing they could improve on would be to bring a heavy rag/cloth to set things down on, including when working with chemicals. The plumber was awesome and very careful, but I feel this could go bad if the chemical landed on the cabinet that he was working over.Overall, the price was fair, the work quality was great, and they got me booked in quickly. “I was very impressed with the response time when our furnace failed in the winter (Same Day). Our air conditioner failed on the July long weekend and the new one was installed by July 6.
