This was the 3rd supplier I went to. Although they didn’t have the part I needed, Tanner found it online for me at a local large retailer. He took a screen shot of the item and texted it to me so that I would know exactly what to purchase. It fit perfectly! Excellent customer service with a very professional demeanour. Called the shop at the last minute of the day. They were closing but happy to help. Arranged to email photo of part I’d need them to find for me.They got back to me next day with the part on order for me, and grabbed some they had in stock.Friendly helpful customer service. Was unaware of all they have, I’ll be heading there for any plumbing type thing I need from now on.

Went to Robinson for supplies - from here on in, it will be my first stop. Was served by a plumber (Dave), patient and helpful. Had everything I needed, receivedsome helpful tips while searching for the correct part of which they had. By correct I mean to code, which I very much appreciate. Prices very competitive, and will take back any parts I didn't use.
