We would like to give a shout out to Mitch, he talked my husband through changing the capacitator and it ended up being the problem. We so appreciated it. I am sure our air conditioning won’t be lasting too much longer and we will be calling Arrow first when we need a new unit.

It was actually my parents who did business with Arrow (I live with them in their house). They dealt with a gentleman named Mitchell and I was privy to almost all of their conversations. Mitchell was excellent at every stage of the job. It was just three days from when the old furnace broke down to when Arrow had the new one installed and running. They delayed work on another job to make sure we had heat. If your furnace breaks down during Winter, we highly recommend Arrow. They'll take care of you.

Arrow recently installed a new furnace for us, and we were very happy with the service. Great job done carefully and with no mess.
