“We booked in for a full suite of cleaning and inspection on our home (ducts, furnace, air exchanger, dryer vent, AC coil) and were beyond impressed. First off, the service quality was next-level. The techs were thorough, detailed with their explanations (including photos validating why something was / wasn't recommended), friendly, and courteous (removing shoes, etc. — even offered to sweep up the landing after finished). Other takeaways we had:- We thought the price was very fair. They were on-site for roughly three hours (a little less) and the total came to just over $600, inclusive of taxes — exactly what was quoted.- Very much appreciated the booking process. Was sent a reminder the day prior, received a phone call letting us know they would be there as scheduled, and even received a photo of the technician so we knew who would be entering our family's home.- Credit card payment was quick and simple. You hear all sorts of horror stories in this line of business, but from first call to final payment, you can tell this is a very profesionally run business.Will be a repeat customer and will be recommending to our friends!“

“We discovered our toilet was leaking and called immediately Friday morning. Dallas came out in the afternoon, despite an already very busy day for him, checked out the problem and got the materials needed. Rather than just stopping the leak and returning after the weekend to reinstall the toilet, he stayed late Friday evening to properly fix a previous contractor's problem that had led to the leak, so we had a fully functional master bathroom once again. He was very respectful of our property, keeping things neat during the repair, and cleaned up completely afterwards. We hope that he didn't have a sore back during the weekend as apparently we have the heaviest toilet on the market! We would definitely use TRUSTED again, but likely won't have to again as our toilet problem is completely fixed! But we are considering installing air conditioning next year...
