Dallas and team are amazing. We have had Trusted come out several times and work on a house we recently purchased. Great communicators, professional, price fairly. Recently we had a waterline for our fridge cause us issues. Dallas rearranged his schedule to make time to come to our house to assess and fix the damage. He took extra time knowing we had other issues and did an amazing job of explaining what was wrong, how he was going to fix it properly and kept us calm when it seemed overwhelming. I will always use Trusted. They truly are the best.

Dallas showed up (on time!) and instantly put me at ease with his friendly, approachable manner. He explained every step of the inspection like a pro, double-checked everything, and even made sure I understood what a safe CO₂ range is and the correct type of furnace filter to get! And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Maureen called at the end of the day to make sure everything was satisfactory. Honestly, she’s so friendly and easy to talk to, I felt like I could chat with her for hours. She genuinely cares that every customer is happy and leaves no question unanswered. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this team—they’re professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the people they’re helping. We had Dallas out today to service our AC/Furnace they installed last year (we’ve worked with them for a few years now) and they just never seize to amaze me with their above and beyond customer service. They’ve taken phone calls from us late at night during heat waves, sent technicians out the following day whenever we’ve had a problem, always performed excellent and honest work for us at a great price, and really have just been the kindest people I have ever worked with - as shown through their profound compassion when we, as a family, have been going through some difficult personal times. For me, they really just exemplify the heart that exists in family business, and I could not be more grateful for them and all of the work they do to serve our community.
