Had a water heater fail, Levi and the staff at Certified was able to have a replacement under warranty within an hour of me calling and installed shortly after, on New Years Eve of all days! They really went above and beyond my expectations, very professional people and company.

They came out to our rural site and repaired our Generac standby power plant. The tech knew what he was doing and was able to answer all my questions. Fixed the problem with no parts and showed me how to fix it myself next time.
