100% satisfied with Marshal, arrived when they said they would, technician explained everything. Initially called for and inspection and service and they found a problem which he showed me and explained how it happened, contacted furnace manufacturer while at the house and parts were covered under warranty on the 14 year old furnace, Would not hesitate to call them for future service or inspections

Over the weekend, my old water heater suddenly sprang a leak. I received a recommendation to use Marshal and I am extremely grateful for that recommendation. Trevor arrived early and took off his boots despite us telling him that it was ok to keep them on.He went into the basement and came back up to ask us if we wanted to see inside the furnace and cooling unit. He explained how the units worked and told us to have a look.Trevor then went out side to inspect the outside ac unit. He came back in and gave us a report.
