“I watched as a truck from J and R took the time tonight to 1. Try to help a woman by pushing her vehicle up an icy hill, and when that didn’t work, 2. Get a rope out and pull her vehicle so she was no longer stuck/stranded, spinning her wheels.

“Jackie, and her wonderful staff, at Thorson Heating & Air, responded immediately to our call for service, after our furnace broke down on a very cold, SD, January day. Service technician, Zach, was able to diagnose and quickly resolve the issue(s) our furnace was having. After looking at our options Jackie and Zach provided, we decided on purchasing a new furnace to replace the broken down, old furnace. Thorson provided space heaters to keep our house warm, until our new furnace was installed the following morning, by Zach and Zane. When my wife and I returned home from work on the day of installation, our new thermostat and furnace was pumping out the heat; working efficiently. “Above and beyond. I'd contracted Frisbee's to replace every single sink water shut off valve in our house upon move-in, as it was an older house and I did NOT want any water leaks. They replaced them all and I also put remote water sensors under the sinks. One of the new valves in a bathroom happened to leak and the water rolled AWAY from the sensor I'd placed below, so I didn't see it until it became a problem. Frisbee's came out and found it to be a faulty PART; so the manufacturer of the valve would normally be liable. But since they replaced it and I'd taken all precautions, they covered it. They even filed a claim with their own insurance, as the entire vanity needed replacing and a water mitigation company had to come out and dry everything. Frisbee's didn't have to do that. They could have told me to take it up with the valve manufacturer, but they didn't. They also could have charged me for the labor, but they did not. They did right be us and I will not forget that. In this day and age, that's most important to me because, inevitably, something ALWAYS goes wrong. So I asked them to send me a link so I could leave a review and here we are.“
