A local firm that actually wants to do business. Jerrid responded promptly and was able to generate an estimate within hours, not days. Very competitive equipment and pricing. Was able to schedule the install within days, not weeks. The tech Trevor was efficient and provided good information on the unit, and was also able to accommodate my concerns about the install.
Merit was able to keep the HVAC upgrade process less stressful than anticipated. Great communication and response times.
The equipment installed has made my home more comfortable with less fluctuation in temperature.
