My son and his wife heard from another family member about their experience and satisfaction with Thorson Heating and Air Conditioning. Thorson staff from the office to the Techs were very courteous, personable and quick to respond to their situation without AC. They were very knowledgeable with explaining options and tech procedures. With a HVAC background, I saw how particulous the Techs were with the installation of the AC and furnace. They took no shortcuts and I could see they took great pride in their quality of work.
Jackie, and her wonderful staff, at Thorson Heating & Air, responded immediately to our call for service, after our furnace broke down on a very cold, SD, January day. Service technician, Zach, was able to diagnose and quickly resolve the issue(s) our furnace was having. After looking at our options Jackie and Zach provided, we decided on purchasing a new furnace to replace the broken down, old furnace.
