Had the furnace go out Saturday night and waited to call until the morning. I did a little troubleshooting myself, called the emergency/after hours phone and talked about my situation. I believe it was a bad igniter and asked if they had the part. They did and I was able to get it installed and everything fired right up. The customer service was fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for the help!

So awesome! I had called comfort hero’s prior to them and was told I would need an entire new AC. It’s not terribly old so I wanted a second opinion. THANK GOODNESS I did! I called Lamberts and someone was out here the same day. They saw nothing wrong except a couple minor issues and it all cost under 200. A far cry from the nearly 7000 I was quoted hours earlier.
