I originally called comfort heroes to come over and look at my unit. They did minimal checks, and turned off my outside unit when they left, without telling me. They told me I would need a new unit, and quoted me over $7,000 and pushed for me to sign up to buy it on the spot.After asking around at my workplace I heard of Ruppert word of mouth and he came highly recommended. He was responsive and on time with a next day appointment when I was available after hours when I got off work. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue for a literal fraction of the price I believed I would initially be having to pay. Ruppert installed all of our HVAC for our new construction. He sized the system to make sure our new home would be perfect for us and it sure has been. He also did in floor heat in the basement and a second zone in our garage. Couldn’t ask for better setup. Amazing service! Called him at 415pm begging for him to stop out and look at our AC that had quit working on a 90 degree day. He not only came out after 5pm, but was also very reasonably priced. Very friendly guy too! Would 10/10 recommendService: A/C system repair
