Cole was fantastic! He was friendly, efficient and very thorough with his review of our furnace. He laid out different options for maintenance plans and helped schedule a consultation for new furnace options. Excellent service!
Great company to work with! Called in the morning because we noticed our furniture went out in the evening. They had a tech, Cole Paulson, out late morning and he diagnosed and gave me options for the fix. He also offered to replace a part that would probably go out soon at a reasonable add on price. Speaking of price, he was up front with pricing options on the fix. He also checked over the entire system to make sure it was running effectively and efficiently.
Jared Iverson was the technician that came to our residence for our furnace issue. He did a complete diagnosis and a complete evaluation of our furnace system. We then got the complete report with recommendations for service. He did a very complete explanation to my wife and me. He answered our questions to our satisfaction and ultimately purchased a service plan new ozone filter system. We think in the long run this system will pay for itself in medical savings based on the wellness of my wife with her asthma. Thanks Aire Serv of Sioux Empire!
