“I originally called comfort heroes to come over and look at my unit. They did minimal checks, and turned off my outside unit when they left, without telling me. They told me I would need a new unit, and quoted me over $7,000 and pushed for me to sign up to buy it on the spot.After asking around at my workplace I heard of Ruppert word of mouth and he came highly recommended. He was responsive and on time with a next day appointment when I was available after hours when I got off work.
