His team, led by Miro, was exceptional. Very careful in the removal of the old system. The attic access was very challenging as it was in a closet. Installation of the new system and initial setup was very well done… the team exceeded all expectations. They even trenched out a new drain line to insure condensation was taken well away from the house and connected to a drain line. Cleanup was perfect. Miro also insured we understood how to work the new smart thermostat…. Which took a little time!

“Cris Bueno came out due to a free tune-up offered by Air Quality. We were already a bit frustrated because we just bought a new air unit a little over a year ago and are having problems with it. The company we bought the original unit from came out 2 separate times saying nothing was wrong. The 3rd time I called I was treated horribly.

Cris came out and immediately found the problems and they were major issues. We were relieved (yet frustrated due to this lol). Cris took his time explaining to us what was wrong. Agreed we needed to get the original company to fix it and that if needed he would help us talk to them.

He drew up some costs so if they refused, we would have an idea of what it will cost for us to get it repaired.

After talking with him, we will never go to any other company for our needs. While today we only bought the yearly maintenance package, we will be using them for all our other HVAC needs moving forward. This is something you don’t forget about!

We have three York units. They are whisper quiet, BUT, I don't think we'll use York again. To be fair, I think most of our problems have been related to install (by a different company, that is, not ironically, no longer in business) but it's been a huge headache to deal with. This was our second time using this fantastic company.

Our first experience with this company was last October (2024).

Our AC went out and we reached out to the builder. The builder highly recommended Pro Heating and Air Conditioning and provided us with their contact information.
we called immediately, spoke with Cody. He informed us that he would be out later that day to evaluate the situation (our pipes had been freezing up and little if any cold air).

Additionally, we explained to Cody that my seven year old grandson has severe and at times, life threatening allergies and the windows had to be kept closed at all times and we were dependent on the AC and air purifiers to help keep him safe with his allergies.

Cody responded that he would be right out. Cody quickly evaluated the situation and found the problem.
He provided us a quote significantly less than what I have paid for similar work on a different home/AC.
We agreed to the work and Cody started right away.
Cody spent several hours working on the repair.

We couldn’t be more thankful for all his help.

This time around, we had a different issue with the AC (totally unrelated to last October’s issue.
Once again Cody responded by coming out to the house, determined that we need a new compressor and stated he located one and would be back in an hour or so with the part to do the repair. After a few hours the house AC was up and running. The folks at Pro AC and Cooling exceeded our expectations in all areas eg pricing, response time and overall quality of work.
