We had a wonderful experience with Cross Mechanical. Kevin was thorough and professional in visiting our home and explaining everything. Kathy and Chrissy are great communicators. Eddie, Alex, Dean, and Jerry were excellent from demo to startup of our 2 new Trane units. You can’t go wrong here!

Had to call Cross Mechanical as my AC was not working. Everyone I dealt with from the lady in the office to the service techs, were polite and helpful. They came that afternoon, diagnosed the issue and carried out the repairs quickly and efficiently. I have never used them before, but you can guarantee I will be using them again. Highly recommend.

Mark and the team installed a new Trane unit today. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When they were done, you could not tell they had been here - in other words they did a great job cleaning up.
