I had my system checked. My service technician was excellent. He explained everything he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it. The service was discounted because I have a service plan. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. From start to finish from the estimate, options, quotes, financing options with 0% interest and a stellar installation of our new unit, McGee's customer service is second to none. Shout out to Jon, Charlie and Brady for making the process so easy and fast. Charlie and Brady were knowledgeable, friendly informative and done with the entire installation in under two days. Not only did they wrap all my old duct work for energy efficiency, they removed my old unit and even installed a new smart thermostat in a non related unit upon request.
