“If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I reached out to about 6 roofing companies this morning with a time sensitive situation...no response! I reached out to Southern Restoration and received no response as well. Immediately after I received a text message with a link to schedule an appt. Apprehensively I scheduled (same day) but was for sure I would not hear back. About 30 mins before my appointment I received a text back regarding my appointment. I also received followed up messages as well. Kyle came and met with my boyfriend to inspect my roof. Once done inspecting he reached out via phone to update me with what transpired during the appointment. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and very helpful! “I really love my new gutters. They look great, and work well. I only have one thing i was not super pleased with. The 2 person crew who came out to install was so small. One man did almost all the work while the woman spotted for him. So it took all day long. I wish they had more people doing the work so it didnt have to take all day long. It seemed inefficient for the cost.“
