“The only thing I think could been better would be removing the language barrier between the contractor and sub contractors. I think that is a common problem in the construction industry. With that being said everything else was above and beyond what I was hoping for. The final outcome was great. All my neighbors thought it turned out great. Our project was to extend the cabled roof out over the driveway creating a carport for my new truck. My goal was to have it look like it was allways part of the original construction of the house, and Bradley Construction nailed it 100%. I would definitely recommend Bradley. I got 5 proposals for this job. They were in the middle of the pricing overall. I hired them because I felt good after meeting with Vincent the project manager, he was the decideding factor for me. I will be using them again for my next project ( probably next summer) I highly recommend them. You want regret it.“

In 2024, that’s not the hospitality you receive! Then, Shaun came out and presented us with everything we asked for but it came at a cost we just couldn’t do. “I wish our rating system would be ten stars instead of 5, but since it is not, I'm giving Frank F*** and his Southern Building Construction, Inc crew 5 stars X 2. It was hard for me being widowed recently, to make my decisions on replacing the siding on the house. My husband always handled those things. Frank knew exactly what to look for in the colors I was considering, the quality level of the siding to use and even the time it would take to finish the job. The man knows his business and is honest. What I appreciated about him was the fact he didn't push on me the most expensive products. His estimate on the project was very reasonable. I had a lot of damage behind the old siding and every bit of it was repaired, and the whole house was wrapped before the siding was applied. The crew worked efficiently and professionally and were very friendly. I appreciated that they played good music while they worked, and there was no alcohol, smoking nor bad language used while on the property. Made sure they cleaned up after themselves when done.Frank is not only honest, but he is thoughtful. He enjoys doing jobs for the elderly because he sees how often companies take advantage of us. He takes time to talk and discuss our decisions and to make sure we understand every step of the job to be done. He's a patient man who doesn't seem to be bothered with numerous phone calls having to repeat himself or calm the anxiety of this old woman. I plan to have him take care of everything else needing repair around my home. You can count on him to do the job and do it right. I believe he can do anything.“

Working with Blueridge Cabinet and Design in Easley, SC was such a positive experience from start to finish. Andrew, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything turned out just right. He stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process, and I truly felt like I was getting the white glove treatment — even though my project wasn’t a massive luxury build.

This was a full kitchen install, and while I didn’t spring for all the top-tier upgrades, I definitely considered them! They had the most gorgeous designer range hood I’ve ever laid eyes on — honestly, it was like the crown jewel of kitchen hoods, probably the best label in the industry. But after a quick heart-to-wallet reality check, I settled for a much simpler one that fit my budget. (I still think about that hood sometimes, though... ?)

Despite not choosing their most premium options, the end result is stunning. The clean white cabinetry, warm wood countertop on the island, and soft sage tones all come together in a space that feels elegant, functional, and incredibly welcoming. Every guest who walks into my kitchen compliments the design — it really does look professionally curated.

The installation crew was also fantastic: skilled, courteous, and clearly experienced. There were a couple of minor bumps along the way (as there always are with real-world projects), but they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled and the final result was flawless.
