They did a great job! Roof was 23 years old and original to the house. Post tear off they found one spot with some rot. Explained how it could have happened, and repaid it. Great communication. The clean up they did after looked like no one was ever there. They did not ask for any upfront money. Which I was very happy with. I’d recommend them before major roofing company’s any day.
I had a great experience with Lanier Roofing from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job efficiently.
One thing that really stood out was the cleanup. I fully expected to be finding roofing nails around my yard for weeks afterward, but their cleanup was exceptional. I’ve walked the yard several times and haven’t found a single nail.
If you’re looking for a roofing company that does quality work, treats customers well, and pays attention to the details, I would highly recommend Lanier Roofing.
Lanier Roofing did an excellent job. The crew was knowledgeable and very efficient. Their prep work of laying out tarps ensured protection during the install and a flawless cleanup. No nails or trash lying around anywhere when the work was done. Absolutely pleased.
