We contacted Katie who is our energy consultant at Firefly after a good friend had bought solar panels through them. We have had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the first steps with Katie who helped us decide what our needs are and what system would be best, to working with Firefly regarding permitting and scheduling, to the technicians who installed the panels and the electricians who installed and connected the electrical side of it, I can not speak more highly of everyone involved. Everyone was so professional, very knowledgeable, and kind. They obviously really cared. They all take great pride in what they do and clearly want to do the right thing.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Firefly solar. We added a workspace along with solar to an existing garage. They were very thorough with the preplanning. The construction was well done and is beautiful. The solar portion was very quick. Don and Alicia kept me informed and addressed any issues quickly. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project and solar.
