A wonderful experience from the start. Estimate from Stetson Shiver, was very comparable with others I received, but their execution was what really impressed me. I received an email prior to insulation advising of delivery schedule, and when new roof would be installed. Materials and dump trailer delivered day before, a member came by on this day to cover porch’s and plants. Installation day the team arrived and got to work, they were very professional and worked very hard. The Gilstrap’s are a wonderful family and run a wonderful business! Stetson was great to work with when getting quotes and paperwork we needed to get the job scheduled. They were very patient while we waited on the funds and checked in with us through the whole process. I loved the gift bag that was left on our porch before construction day - what above and beyond really means!
