“We hired B&G Painting to paint a good portion of our home's interior. We gathered a couple quotes, but B&G was the cheapest (like by a lot!). They also had the shortest timeline. From start to finish, Scott and his team were very communicative. The crew showed up on time every day and got the job done in 3 days exactly. We had lots of prep and patchwork to be done before the painting could even start, and I was impressed with how well they fixed everything. It seriously felt like a new home when they were done! “I hired Precision Carpentry & Plumbing to replace the rotten posts attached to two heavy wooden gates on an old split-rail fence around my backyard. They did an excellent job. The owner, Charles Dieterich, is fair and honest. The guys that did the work (Kevin and David) are master craftsmen, and they went above-and-beyond to not only replace the posts but also a few sections of rail AND to reinforce the bottoms of the gates and nearby fence to ensure my small dogs could scoot under and get out of the yard. It took about 3 months for the work to begin, as they had some big jobs ahead of mine. But once they started, they completed all the work in a very efficient amount of time. “I wish our rating system would be ten stars instead of 5, but since it is not, I'm giving Frank F*** and his Southern Building Construction, Inc crew 5 stars X 2. It was hard for me being widowed recently, to make my decisions on replacing the siding on the house. My husband always handled those things. Frank knew exactly what to look for in the colors I was considering, the quality level of the siding to use and even the time it would take to finish the job. The man knows his business and is honest. What I appreciated about him was the fact he didn't push on me the most expensive products. His estimate on the project was very reasonable. I had a lot of damage behind the old siding and every bit of it was repaired, and the whole house was wrapped before the siding was applied. The crew worked efficiently and professionally and were very friendly. I appreciated that they played good music while they worked, and there was no alcohol, smoking nor bad language used while on the property. Made sure they cleaned up after themselves when done.Frank is not only honest, but he is thoughtful. He enjoys doing jobs for the elderly because he sees how often companies take advantage of us. He takes time to talk and discuss our decisions and to make sure we understand every step of the job to be done. He's a patient man who doesn't seem to be bothered with numerous phone calls having to repeat himself or calm the anxiety of this old woman. I plan to have him take care of everything else needing repair around my home. You can count on him to do the job and do it right. I believe he can do anything.“

They are exceptionally professional, timely, respectful, and perform quality installations.When my wife and I built our home we didn’t think about lighting as being a very big concern. I had always known of lightning protection systems but never considered a need for them. However, living on top of a treeless hill surrounded by open pasture in a very storm prone region of the upstate, we quickly realized how vulnerable we were. After a few intense storms, we opted to get lightning rods installed on our home to minimize any possibility for destruction and to gain the piece of mind that our family is infinitely safer even in the harshest storms.It’s very unfortunate that more people aren’t aware of this ancient but time-tested technology. It can really save your home from unnecessary damage and the headache of intrusive and length repairs.The only regret I have is not calling him sooner while we were building so we could expedite the process and get a fully concealed system (the system we have looks great though, and frankly it looks pretty cool knowing the house is protected from millions of volts electricity).FYI: weeks after getting the system installed, we had a major electrical storm rip through our area and the next day I found a tree in the middle of the pasture had been struck and destroyed. Needless to say, I felt even more confident in my choice to get lightning rods.“
