The only thing I think could been better would be removing the language barrier between the contractor and sub contractors. I think that is a common problem in the construction industry. With that being said everything else was above and beyond what I was hoping for. The final outcome was great. All my neighbors thought it turned out great. Our project was to extend the cabled roof out over the driveway creating a carport for my new truck. My goal was to have it look like it was allways part of the original construction of the house, and Bradley Construction nailed it 100%. I would definitely recommend Bradley. The core values of this company are Honesty, Integrity, and compassion. They have a very high standard for professionalism. They care about their customers, and they ensure quality work. Terry the owner, and Denny our project manager, made us feel comfortable going forward, that our renovation would be done professional and with care for our Special Needs son for whom the renovation was be done. Denny included my son in decisions, Denny became a bright spot for my son, each day, which money cannot buy! Compassion is rare quality these days, so it was so refreshing to know it still exist with our project manager Denny.
Good comunication with the project manager Rick.sound quality workmanship and materials. Stayed on my schedule to completion. Rick checked on the project at all phase to monitor the quality and to make sure I met my approval. I have several
more projects that I will be using Rick and his crews from Bradley Constrution to do the work at my home.
